Role Overview:
Provide operational support to ensure smooth workflow for WhaleCrunch and Avernixx projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
  • Assist with lead follow-ups and CRM updates
  • Track project progress and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Prior admin or project coordination experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with online collaboration tools
  • Knowledge in AI will be advantageous
