Role Overview:
Provide operational support to ensure smooth workflow for WhaleCrunch and Avernixx projects.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
- Assist with lead follow-ups and CRM updates
- Track project progress and deliverables
Requirements:
- Prior admin or project coordination experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with online collaboration tools
- Knowledge in AI will be advantageous
