Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Singapore (Remote/Flexible, occasional client on-site meetings)
Salary: Negotiable + Performance-Based Commission
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to acquire new corporate clients. You will identify leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the founder
- Support proposals and deal follow-ups
- Generate B2B sales and achieve Sales Target
- Maintain CRM and track pipeline progress
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Results-driven and proactive
- Knowledge in AI will be advantageous
